COVID-19 Guidelines

The safety of our members, volunteers, and staff is our top priority. While the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, we anticipate that this year's Annual Business Meeting will allow for safe networking and in-person engagement---all planned in compliance with any local restrictions and current Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Guidelines. NCARB will continue to provide updates on COVID-19 guidelines in the months ahead, so you can choose the attendance option that best suits your needs.

Registration and Hotel Deadlines

In-person Attendees: May 10

If you are attending in person, please register by May 10 so we can reserve your hotel room. This year's Annual Business Meeting will take place at JW Marriott in Austin, Texas. You should plan to arrive on Thursday, June 2, in time for the first business session, which will start at 4 p.m. (CT). Learn more about attending in person.

Virtual Attendees: May 26

If you'd like to attend virtually, please register by May 26 so we can ensure you have access to the meeting through our CVENT hub. You will be able to fully engage in all business and workshop sessions remotely. If your Member Board has historically had limited ability to attend the meeting, the virtual option allows you to engage as much as you're able!

Funded Attendees

Participation from each of our 55 Member Boards is essential! The Board of Directors has made full funding available for up to four in-person attendees from each Member Board. Funding is available to cover two architect members, one public member, and the Member Board Executive. Member Board Chairs and/or Executives should identify their funded attendees as soon as possible so that travel arrangements may be made. Learn more on our event website.

Voting Delegates

Member Boards should also identify their voting delegate by May 6. A voting delegate may attend the meeting either in person or virtually to vote on resolutions or elections. The Credentials Form to officially designate the voting delegate is available on the event website.
